Our room rates are prices per room, per night, based on 2 persons, unless stated otherwise.

Check-in is possible between 3.00 pm & 10.15 pm
Check-out is possible between 8.30 am & 11.00 am
In a number of types of rooms and suites it is possible to have more than 2 people in the room. The costs are then as follows: 0 to 2 € 20.-, 3 to 13 € 40.-, from 14 years € 50.- p.p.p.n. This includes breakfast and excludes tourist tax.
Hotel Kogerstaete reserves the right to change the room rates at any time.
Pets are only allowed after telephone contact and confirmation from the hotel. The cost per dog is € 25.- per night.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. If we notice a smoke smell in the room, we are forced to charge € 250.- cleaning costs.
Hotel Kogerstaete has 18 free parking spaces. You cannot reserve these places and there is no guarantee of a place.
When making your reservation you have agreed to agree to the Uniform Conditions. The Uniform Hospitality Conditions (UVH) are the conditions under which catering companies established in the Netherlands such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and related companies provide catering services and conclude catering agreements. Personal data
From May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), legislation that must better protect the privacy of citizens, and therefore our guests, will apply throughout Europe. The GDPR replaces the Personal Data Protection Act. The GDPR sets strict requirements for how we as an entrepreneur should handle personal data. Of course we fully respect these conditions. However, when purchasing a service or making a reservation at Hotel Restaurant Kogerstaete, you tacitly agree to our general terms and conditions. As well as the storage of your private data such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number for the purpose of communication about our services and your reservation. Hotel Kogerstaete will not provide your details to third parties and will only use your details for making a reservation, purchasing services and direct communication. If you object to this, we would like to hear from you so that we can remove your data from our system.
The following favorable cancellation policy applies only if you book directly with Hotel Kogerstaete. If you make a booking through a third party such as Booking.com then the cancellation policy as stated with the third party applies, in case of cancellation you must contact the company where you made the booking yourself.
Cancellation conditions individuals (flexibel rate)
For cancellations made up to 7 days before the commencement date, the guest shall not be required to pay any amount to the hotel company.
For cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the commencement date, the guest shall pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
For cancellations between 3 days and 24 hours before the commencement date, the guest shall pay 70% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
For cancellations 24 hours or less before the commencement date, the guest shall pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company. The time of entry is 12:00 pm.
Any prepaid amount will be refunded to the guest within 3 days of confirmation of cancellation if any of the above conditions apply.
Group reservations are reservations for 3 of more rooms (flexibel rate)
For cancellations made up to 14 days before the commencement date, the guest shall not be required to pay any amount to the hotel company.
For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the commencement date, the guest shall pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
For cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the commencement date, the guest shall pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
For cancellations 3 days or less before the commencement date, the guest shall pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company. The time of entry is 12:00 pm.
Any prepaid amount will be refunded to the guest within 3 days of confirmation of cancellation if any of the above conditions apply.
Reservation value refers to the total reservation including nights, breakfast, lunches, dinners, breaks or any other type of quoted and confirmed services from the hotel.
In case of no-show, the client is in all cases obliged to pay the reservation value.
You can cancel your room by phone or e-mail, please note! Your cancellation is only final after receipt of confirmation email.
Mentioned room prices are without guarantee. When a mistake of the hotel results in a clearly wrong price, the hotelier has the right to cancel the booking.
