Cancellations policy

If a reservation for accommodation alone, whether or not with breakfast included, was made for one or more individuals then in case of cancellation of the said reservation the following percentages of the reservation value are applicable that must be paid to the hospitality business by the customer.

  1. If canceled up to 14 days before the starting date, the customer is not obliged to pay any amount to the hotel company.
  2. In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
  3. In case of cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
  4. In case of cancellation between 3 days and 24 hours before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
  5. In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel directly. A cancellation request can only be made by e-mail and cancellation is only valid after a confirmation email from the hotel.

The prices quoted are without guarantee. In case of a faulty or significantly different price, the hotelier has the right to cancel the booking.
