Cancellation policy
The following flexible cancellation policy applies only to direct bookings with Hotel Kogerstaete. For bookings made through third parties like Booking.com, their stated cancellation policy will apply. In such cases, you must contact the company where you made the booking for any cancellations.
Cancellation conditions individuals (flexibel rate)
- For cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date, no payment is required.
- For cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date, 35% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- For cancellations between 3 days and 24 hours before the arrival date, 70% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- For cancellations 24 hours or less before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- The cancellation deadline is 12:00 pm.
- Any prepaid amount will be refunded within 3 days of cancellation confirmation if any of the above conditions apply.
Group reservations are reservations for 3 of more rooms (flexibel rate)
- For cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date, no payment is required.
- For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 60% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- For cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date, 85% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- For cancellations 3 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- The cancellation deadline is 12:00 pm.
- Any prepaid amount will be refunded within 3 days of cancellation confirmation if any of the above conditions apply.
The reservation value refers to the total cost of the booking, including nights, breakfast, lunches, dinners, breaks or any other services quoted and confirmed by the hotel. In the event of a no-show, the client is required to pay the full reservation value. Cancellations can be made by phone or email, but please note that your cancellation is only final after receiving a confirmation email. Room prices quoted are not guaranteed. If a pricing error by the hotel results in an incorrect rate, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
